barrel. however you should have a venturi bolt too.

For the best visible improvement in performance I would go with a barrel.

go barrel then bolt, both will help you gun a hell of a lot.

My best friend has a venturi bolt on his tricked out m98. He breaks much more balls than me (at least 2-3 per playing day) and we otherwise have pretty much the same gun. I rarely break balls at all (one ball last year) and i have the stock bolt.

Upgrading the bolt really depends on the gun you have.
M98: no upgrade needed
Angels, etc: couldnt tell you
