Palmers. they are renouned for their ability to keep the liquid stuff out of your marker....internals seem to hold up better to the cold...;)

Well, it depends: I would go palmers if you are running mid-high pressure, but if you are running LP the sidewinder would be better...a good setup would be a female stab into a sidewinder.

actually, if your running Co2, there is no doubt that the Palmer is the BEST, high pressure, or low pressure co2, Palmer does it's job of regulating pressure, and keeping Co2 out of your gun. No regulator does those 2 things as good as the stabalizer can. It's a great Regulator, and you can't go wrong without it.

The next best reg for Co2 would be a WGP regulator off of a Autococker, these regs are also great for Co2 users, it was designed to be used with Co2, or HPA.
