I saw the same post at paintballcity. Cool idea, but I wouldn't want one. I wouldn't expect it to be tourney legal either.

I've submitted it for approval for tournaments. It should be approved. I've expained how I modified it in the original thread.

Hmmm I presume I could make it work on an ELCD.
