i have a spyder e99 and i wanting to upgrade it , but i dont know if i should waste my money on something that hardly makes your accurcy any better. I would rather spend my money on a regulator, to me that seems like it would help more. And i know that everyone does get a new barrel, but really how much does it help? what do you guys think about this?

if you can match your barrel bore to your paint you can drastically increase the accuracy of your gun...i'm not sure how your stock barrel is on your gun right now, but my stock barrel was horrible. a definate must when upgrading your gun...

actually my dad is one of those guys that rolls his eyes when I tell him it will mkae his gun better but I finally got him to get a Jt one piece aluminum and he was flat out amazed with it. Just make a smart choice and choose a good quality barrel, and you will really see a diffrence.

A good regulator or HPA will help accuracy just as much as a barrel. You should get both.
I suggest a PMI Pure Energy Reg
$49.95 II Sports

& A Smart Parts Tear Drop
$45.94 Paintball Lover

Spending $100 on an inexpensive barrel & regulator will improve accuracy greater then just getting an expensive barrel.
Of course if money is no object get an ANX regulator & A total Freak kit (That'll cost 2x as much as your gun :D )

The above post has some good information in it and he is right but I would spend a little more and get a Palmer's Male or Female Stabilizer. You can't beat Palmer's and they work great with CO2.
Good luck.
I always order an after-market barrel for every new gun I get. It helps a bunch.
