The PI E-2 has a LCD screen on the side of the trigger frame, the body looks a hell of a lot better, the barrel is a little better (still a peice of crap though), and I think PI has done a much better job of adjusting the sear before you buy it. A lot of people that have bought guns from M3 have had to readjust their sear, and I have never had to touch mine on my E-2.
