I have a Rebel Extreme 02 w/
-Aradus Barrel
-System X 8 stage expansion Chamber
-Stainless steel hose
-200 round JAVA hopper
-14 oz Co2
-Shocktech drop
I noticed that I have serve FSDO .
:( :( :( :( :(
I was wondering if anyone could help me solve my little problem. I now tha the Aradus has some velcioty problems, but Psycho Ballistics fixed mine. Beyond the FSDO, the accuracty is superb.
PLEASE HELP!

Thats what I first thought, but now I have to accept that I have FSDO. It is real strange, and need to do something about. Ask rebelflanker32, he has seen the FSDO

I was with him at the chrono last weekend and he is right his first shot it always way low and then everything is fine. It even happens when he hasn't shot for a while and then fires. I think it could have something to do with his stock reg leaking and the 1st shot is starved, but since it is a minor leak the rest of his shots are fine. Andrew you did have leaking probs when you changed the gauge on the reg mabey you are still leaking through the gauge ot the SS cable. Just some food for thought.

Well, I no longer have a reg w/ guage, that was taken off when I put on the System X. I could check the SS, but we quickly checked that when I had the SS put on. I tell ya what happens after me inspection:cool:

Ok, I rigorously inspected my marker, no visual leaks or such. Then I attached my 14 oz Co2(empty though), and noticed that when the bolt was not cocked, I could hear a very slight hissing noise, but when cocked it was 99.8% gone. I think that because the the expansion chamber is 8 stage, I could hear the Co2 expanding:eyes: :eyes: :eyes: ? This idea is very newbie like and most likely wrong. Another idea could be that the Co2 expands too much the first shot, and thus FSDO, this idea is better but I am not sure. Also I should really inspected this when I have a Co2 tank w/ some Co2 in it, not empty. To make sure that the is no internal leaks, a took apart the entire gun, bolt, tigger frame, etc.
If anyone has any ideas please tell me:cool:

maybe you need a new cup seal, or whatever it's called.... Also, you know when you take the grip frame off the Rebel how there's that short gold screw in the bottom of the gun that holds the valve in place? Sometimes that just needs tightening.

No... Defiants, Bushmasters, some Intimidators, some Angels all have it. Although it's very rare in the latter 2 I mentioned. Imps, Defiants and Bushmasters are all VERY similar so they all have it from time to time.
It's not only Impulses, and not all Impulses have it. Mine doesn't.

Andrew all blowbacks leak when the bolt is not recocked that is normal. Also you should not hear the C02 expanding that is almost imposable. Crash is right about the cup seal that could need cleaning, I had the same problem with my old rebel 01 and cleaned the cup seal with rubbing alcohol and that fixed it. As for the valve screw that should not be lose unless you messed with it. Good Luck!
