I wouldnt take any gun in the rain. Not a good idea. Ive done it before. It washes away the lube and will rust the parts. (I cleaned mine asap but still I didnt like all the water in it.) I have a C98 i didnt have a fullboar rearcocking when i did play. Which would have prevented some of the water goin in but I still highly do not recommend it. Unless you syran wrap your whole gun.:D

If you have aluminum internals it can't rust. What kind of gun I it? My spyder works just fine in the rain, but keep the paintballs dry. Not sure about electros tho...

You can use a spyder in the rain. It has aluminum internals. Aluminum internals=no rust. You can play. I find it's more fun in the rain.

if i'm correct, electro's can be brought into the rain, they are like really sealed off from the outside, so i'm pretty sure they will work, but get a second opinion on that

yeah you shouldnt have any problems with any gun in the rain... now if you drop it into standing water that may be a different story.. but i think that most guns (even electros) are made to a handle a little moisture

take a trash bag up the marker in it poke the barrel throught it the elbow and stuff tape the trash bag to the barrel so it clogs up the porting and tape it at variuos places to keep on leave the back open for the tank and to put ur hand thru keep the paint in the tank

thegun body will be fine it's just steel parts like screws and bolts may rust (mine did). I think a steel braided hose may also rust if left wet.

I use my Brass Eagle Raptor Blue in the rain & as long as I dry it off & clean it after the game is over it doesn't hurt it. However your gun may not be built as good or be as high of quality as my Brass Eagle Raptor.
Of course after every game I fully disasemble, clean, & lube my gun carefully inspecting every part for wear.
About every three games & take a hose to the empty main body & get her hosed clean. Proper maintence & some care is what keeps my gun runnign well.
