I was wondering what else i could put on my gun to make it low pressure. I have already have: regulator, low pressure chamber, and an AKA Tornado Valve. I would like to know what paint is brittle and what would work and what other item i could use to become more low pressure.

go with an adjustable N2 set up, or the lightning bolt. hellfire's and all stars are nice lp compatable paints. polished internals are worth the $$ too.

one of the best mods for making a spyder LP is to either get a High flow ASA...or easier and cheaper...(just don't screw it up..Follow the directions!!!!) and drill out the hole in your stock ASA..you get better volume and a better flow rate....(BEST THING I DID TO MY MARKER.....and it was.....FREE!!!!)

polished internals involves a process which refines the internal bores to a mirror like finish to reduce friction. Think of it like chrome plating on a piece of aluminum, even by the touch of your finger you can feel that the chrome plating feels alot slicker and smoother. In actuality though, the internals are not chrome plated, they are polished (im in cadd and i think its called burnishing) to very specific tolerances. My cocker has polished internals. The effect can be 30 and above psi drop in opperation pressures. I hi-ly recomend it!

I was told that polishing the anod. off of the alum. and leaving it bare is not good....something about the paint eating the metal..or something...just something I read...not sure how true it is..but made me think....?should I do it..or not?

thats not polishing though. The keyy here is on a microscopic level. in the breech there are very tiny imperfections in the anodized aluminum. what polishing does is buff and/or fill out those imperfections thus creating a more unified, smoother suface between mating parts. No paint and/or anodizing is removed as far as i know.

the anodizing on the Spyder striker is known to slow down the parts, so i took off the anod. on the part tthat makes contact with my sear, and polished it. I also polished my sear/striker thouroughly through a 4 stage process. First, i used a med. grit sandpaper to kind of polish it. Then i used a fine grit sandpaper to get the finer parts. Then i went over the wholething with steel wool. FInally, i added chrome polish on it, and now it leaves a mirror shine.
