smart parts guns are made so they can be run on co2 but the shocker is made to run on co2 thats why people complain of horrible efficancy. and yes they do run great on co2 you just have to clean out your max flo like every 6 months

The Shocker's poor consistency is a result of the way it operates. Shockers get more shots on co2 than HPA. Both markers are made to run on co2 but the Shocker does it a bit better.

the max flow was meant to run on co2, not the gun itself. but since the max flow comes with the impulse alot of people run it on co2.
I myself use co2 on my impulse and get very good consistancy, i must admit that you will get slightly better consistancy with hpa but co2 offers pretty much the same performance but with more shots between fills.
the only thing is that if you are going to use co2 then youMUST get a tank with an antisiphon tube setup specifically for only your impulse, as otherwise you will void your warranty and risk serious damage to your impulse
