Ok I am selling my Spyder Shutter and want to get either a E-99 or Imagine. Now I know that Imagines don't have good stock barrels, but don't worry, I have a 14 in. Smart Parts Tear Drop to go with it. I also have a Ricochet 2k. Now price is a kinda a big deal. I already have 2 9v recharble batteries and a charger, so I don't need those. Also, I kind of like the idea of a button system (imagine) although my friend tells me that e99s aren't hard to change. which one should I get?

I don't really get why you're selling a spyder just to get another spyder. Just get a Boo-Yaah or something. :eyes:  :eyes:

Why don't you just get a Boo-Yaah frame for your shutter. Apart from not being electro, it's better than both of those guns.

They're like $150 at www.paintballgear.com. They also have the regular ESP and Sprint frames too, but why would you buy one?

ok so ur telling me to buy a 150 $ electriconic frame, instead of getting a 135 $ gun. Now I am sure the frame is good and all that, but the only paintball store near me doesn't do installaitions, and I have only been playing for 5 months and no idea on how to install a frame. I'm not understanding this.

If you can't install a new frame on a Spyder, you really do have some issues. You just replace the one on your gun. As for the price issue, the boo-yaah is a much better frame than the spyder made e-frames. It has a higher quality and more modes (although you'll never need or likely use em). I also hate the trigger pull on the spyder electronic frames. It's a lot longer than the boo-yah and isn't exactly comfortable. Besides, you're talking about a $15 price difference. And you can keep everything that's on your gun now. Its a lot better than starting over completely just because you're not willing to spend $15 on a frame.

Ok I can't say for sure that I wouldn't be able to cause I have never tryed. Look, another reason I want another gun is cause I always have to mess with my regulator vel. to get it to work. Also, the Imagine has some upgrades that I would have to buy for my Shutter (i.e. steel braided hose) Oh, and wasn't my orginal question "E-99 or Imagine" not "E-99, Imagine, or new elec. trigger"
