all right.....i have 2 guns a mag and a tippy custom one of my very first guns its has an 18 inch dye boomstick barrel i think it might be a littel to long on the count when ever i try to stealth to an area i hits the front of the barrel on a rock or some thing....now i want everyone to yell at me for being so stupid because i bought this barrel so scream an yell at me

Why would you post this in the stories forum? Put it in the tippman thread, or even the general topic thread. Unless you plan to attach a story about how your 18in barrel helped you eliminate a bunch of guys in a game you played.

Long barrels are pretty cool if a speedball field has a few little holes to stick your barrel out, but really a 12 inch will work......
Also if you play airball use your barrel to push the bunker in allowing you to have less of a profile.

Reminds me of a guy i play with sometimes he got a 20incher on his tippy. And everytime i shoot it he yells and crys and threatens to punch me. Just cannt resist when i hangs out of a buncker by about a foot. So instead i shoot the lid of his hooper and watch him drop his balls.

I had an 18 inch barrel and bunkered someone in a tournament. It kept getting in the way though. I always lost one vs one because people would see my barrel poking out of the bunker I moved to. I have a 12 inch now because you got to watch out for those black holes and gravitational fields of stupidity.

Longer barrels are great for sup air games. You push the end of your barrel into the bunker, and when you snap shoot it pops right out and you can just get it in again.

the CO2 or nitro ur using only accelerates the paintball 8 inches down the barrel the rest is friction slowly it down and making it slightly straighter but not much
