You need to have a vert. adapter... I don't know about the grip... I'm not an ImpMan... yet.

you can't just get a vert adaptor.

if you have a horizontal max-flo and want to make it into a vert reg then you have to get a kit made by Eclipse (http://www.planeteclipse.com), but as they are situated in England it may be cheaper to get it from EPBO (http://www.e-paintballoutlet.com)

in order to take of the gas-thru grip you wil need to remove the bolt/hammer/valves/macro line, and then use a hairdryer to heat up where it is fastened to the body, this should loosen the loctite a little, then you need to turn it very hard, it might be a good idea to mount it in a vice (wrap a towel round it first)

It is also possible to simply buy a vertical max-flo from smart parts, so that you don't need to convert your existing reg.

what ever you do i would suggest that you get your local shop to do it for you as it can be a little tricky

i hope that this helps
