Hey guys,
I sent an email to M3 last week with just a bunch of general questions, and I have heard NOTHING yet. I even tried callinng them. Again, nothing. Most people here say that have "great costomer service", but I'm beginning to wonder if it exists at all. Any one else had problems with them?

I had a cocking rod snap, lp chamber nickel plating chipping off, wrong trigger on my sniper. I emailed them and they send a new cocking rod, new lp chamber, and new trigger free of charge. If that is not good service, I don't know what is...

They are awesome service, I e-mailed them about some stripped out screw holes I had on my trigger frame...told me to send the gun in, within a week I had a brand new gun at my door

I've also had a great experience with their customer service. Some Spyder barrel would work on my Dragun so they just replace the body.
