I really need help with making a final decision on a new barrel! I have narrowed it down to either the Smart Parts Teardrop or the Dye Stainless Steel. Which one would YOU recommend, and what length would be best?

Get a 12 inch.

I'd tak the SS, because I don't mind the weight,a nd like shiny things. :D

But if you want light and just as accurate, get the Teardrop.

The SS will also clean better.

I agree with Paintballdiablo. SS barrel are a little bit heavy but more acurate plus The teardrop is a major pain in the *** to clean.

If you are going to get a dye barrel spend the $20 more and get a dye boomstick, lighter AND more accurate. Combines accuracy of SS and lightnes of teardrop. Runs around $129.

Well, boomstics are overrated. Get a CP 2 piece. Most likely the most accurate and lightest barrel I have ever held, and I don't own one, so you know they are well made.

Also about 50 dollars cheaper than a boomstick. Hell, get a CP with 2 different backs for the price of a boomy.
