JT nVader Vent pods

I was at xpaintball.com and it said that JT nvader vent pods will also work on the PMI X-ray gogles if you screw them over the existing pods. Has anyone tried doing this? If so does it work ok?

I have red ones on my N'Forcer. It works fine and comes in OK colors, red,blue,yellow.
