Buying from US issues ...

I am considering buying a marker (either new or used) from an EBAY supplier. The value will be under $125 CAD$. Will I have any problems with customs? Does new or used make any difference?

You won't have customs problems per se, but you most likely will get charged duty and tax. If you want to avoid this, have him value the marker at $10. But then you can't insure it so....
