what length boomy for distance?

im getting a boomstick and i am wondering if the length affects distance. i want to get good range. what length should i get? Please reply

i have a boomy on my spyder EM1 and it is a 12" and it has pretty good range shoots all the way down the field but you could get a 14" if you want. with the boomy length doesn't really matter
