Just got my BKO, dry fired it a bit, shortened the pull a bit (very tedious), threw some paint through it...

Brought it back inside and put some putty on the threads of the trigger screws to keep them from moving around, no prob.
Let it set for a few minutes then pulled it out to dry fire and make sure the screws stayed put...

So I'm dry firing, very fast, then it just stops. The LED light stays on, so I figure I gotta play with the trigger screws and re-time the trigger.

I have it gassed up, I turn the screw in a little and the LED light flashes and the gun fires... cool, no prob, I play with the screws a little more.

NOW, the LED light wont flash, the gun wont fire. I gas it up and I can hear the trigger clicking, but there's no activity in the gun. The light wont flash, the gun wont fire, no matter what I do.
I took the trigger assembly apart and everything is clean and cool, put it back together and gave up. Decided to post here.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong?:pissed:

Did you check your microswitch set screw? It's the top screw and if it restes to far in it keeps the microswitch in and the light off. Try backing it out some and post back.

The light stays on... It wont go off even though I can hear the microswitch clicking.

When tinkering with those screws keep in mind that the bottom stop screw keeps the microswitch from being CRUSHED by the top actuating screw.
And didn't you say you used PUTTY on the screws??? Maybe some of that putty found it's way onto the contacts of the microswitch.......
Another thing you said was interesting..... the microswitch (or noid) clicks but the LED doesn't blink? That's kind of insignificant as the LED does little. The important question is does the marker fire?
I'm only guessing but I'd say microswitch problem or low LPR setting. Retest aired up...... post your results.
