E99 vs Dragun

What are the goods bads and uglys of these guns, which should I get? I am a frount player with shallow pockets.

well since most (if not all) regulation fields dont allow full auto play that removes the e99 firing mode advatage over a blackdragun basic...so then youve got price you can get a spyder e99 from paintballgateway.com for 134, and a blackdragun basic for 117, not a big difference but still. Other then the price and the selective fire of the e99 there is realy no difference between these 2 markers as far as i can tell, i would suggest you go with which ever name you like better they are both awsome guns.....obviously i preffer the dragun :D

You can find these gripframes elswhere for cheaper its just a pain to find them

How different is the trigger pull on the two? I know the Dragun is realy short, but I don't know about the e99. I am looking just to get a new gun, I don't realy like the gun I have now, its to bulky and kind of old. Plus its pretty loud with side cocking. BTW how loud are Draguns?

the trigger pull on draguns is noticably lighter then that of the e99's ive used the only thing that i like better abou the e99 is that its sprint frame comes with a trigger pull adjustment screw so you can set the trigger pull length....but its not hard to make a set screw for the draguns stock trigger or you can go out an buy a stick trigger(it dose make a difference believe me). Stock the dragun is a a fairly loud marker with a new barrel such as a whissper it is fairly quiet....ive made a silencer for a whissper barrel that removed so much of the noise you could here the boing from the mainspring vibrating

I guess since the E99's trigger is adjustable, and since I'm used to spyder I'll get it.

Some misinformation going round.

The black dragun basic has a reg and runs around 500psi, while the spyder has only an x-chamber and runs around 800psi. The black dragun doesn't have an x-chamber just a gas thru but a regulator is much more important.

THe e99's trigger is almost identical (expect it's metal) to the sprint frame, which is 85 dollars and fits any spyder but if you want a whole new gun I guess go for it. The black dragun has a much nicer pull in my opinion, I can shoot soooo much faster on it.

The dragun is loud though, really, really loud.

i like dragons a lot better, i bout an e99 and i didnt really like it, so i got the dragon and this gun is awsome!! the trigger pull on the dragon is way better than the e99 and the dragon has aregulator and the most important thing is its cheaper you can gett them for 110. so get the dragon and be happyier

O dont really like the e99 personally, way worse trigger pull.
