Which one feels more reliable when you hold it?? Which one is easier to take care of?? Which one is more overall better(in your opinion).

Angel feels like higher quality because I like the feel of the anno better, better balance. Maintainece, neither needs a whole lot, Angel needs less. I like my Angel better then my Rat, feels better to me, less problems, I love the LCD.

Angels IMO are the best gun made. I had an IR3 and 2 impulses. I love the feel of the IR3. When i can afford an IR3 again (long story why i am currently using an IMP) i'll be shooting one.
If you are looking for an IR3 i would hold off for a month or 2. WDP just transitioned into the MEM 4 boards and is still working out some of the kinks. There is a weird delay with the trigger and cops still has some problems....not to mention the trigger pull is still longer than originally stated. MEM 5, the new board, is better but because MEM 6 is only a month away i would just wait.
Just so you know, WDP is offering to upgrade all MEM4 boards to MEM6 at the cup for free.... so if do get a lower board you can get it upgraded. This is however a one time deal only available at the WC. For more information about board upgrade you need to check out www.angel-owners.com.
Make sure when you buy your IR3 that you go to a Certifed WDP tech. I like www.angelparts.com and www.impactpaintball.com. Both have great angel techs and you cant go wrong. It's worth the extra $100... trust me.
And a few suggestions if you do get an IR3...
1 use a preset tank- AIR rocks but its way expensive and you are not going to see a huge difference in performance.
2 Intellifeed is the greatest deal IMO get both a Revy with it and the new eVo2 with intellifeed.
3 Get a LPR gauge- its the best $50 you can spend.
www.cobrapaintball.com has some sweet angel mods if you want to personally customize or tweak your angel.
They only good side to sticking with an imp is you save $650. Thats a lot of paint... not to mention you will need a good barrel set. If money is a concern they your better off with the rat.

Impulses shoot incredibly well in my opinion, but angels do feel solider....no idea why but they do.

I think it's because the trigger on an angel is stiffer stock than on the impullse... but just stiffen the spring and you're in business (at least in my experience). 2 of my team members have Angels, and I like the feel of my Imp more (so do they, hehe). Maintenence don't matter to me, not while i still have the cocker.

The IR3 is too expensive for me. i am talking about a 2002 angle lcd (only $899). Even though angles feel more solid, to the rat have a good and solid feel???

Correction- Does the rat have a good solid feel??

ANGEL!
Get a fly. My personal favorite angel!

Ummm
I would have bought an iR3 but i cant stand the trigger, i just don't like how it feels. I can't shoot too fast with it either. How about asking a bunch of insanely biased people on an internet forum, you go out and try both of the guns. That way you'll know what feels better to YOU, not to US.
And richy- how does the anno "feel" better? lol.....anno is anno

Some anno is thicking than other anno, some anno has more polished aluminum under it resulting in a better finish and fewer flaws, also some anno just looks nicer and feels smoother because it's better anno.
But I agree otherwise, try both out and see what you like. Impulses are better for the money I think (impulse, new trigger, co2, tapeworm and you're set) but angels are better all around. Just my opinion.

If i get the Rat Impulse, my set up will be...Project Bully Rat,shockteck drop forward,68ci 4500psi centerflag preset nitro system,12vt hopperw/x-board,and thats it. Will that be a good set up?? Also should i leave both regulators on or should i take the reg off from the tank??

My rat was dust, satin, whatever, not nearly as smoother as the polished finish on my Angel.
Shoot them for yourself.

you get a smart parts all american barrel. its like 12 1/'2 inches and as for bore size, well u can change that with different inserts. they give u a .689 but you can always buy a full freak kit.

I forgot to mention that this will be my second gun. I had a spyder for about 5 months and desided to get another one. I wasnt really that good with the maintaince and stuff. I thought i should tell you that because i wanna know if the rat impulse is harder to take care of then the spyder.

if you want you can leave both on, but the max-flo will be just as good on its own, so you might as well save money and get a screw in tank

if spyder maintenance was difficult- don't get either because your just not mature enough for a high end marker yet.

It wasnt difficult but i didnt like doing it. I could do it but it took me alittle while to get to know my gun real good. Also for when i get my nitro tank which dropforward should i get?? shockteck drop forward or a smartparts drop forward??I will be getting a 68ci 4500psi.

Well angels have less maintenance then imps...
I spend about 20 mins after a game cleaning and lubing my imp.... it could take about 5 but i am anal.
Angels are just wipe off bolt, clean breach, add oil every 1000 shots.
When something goes bad with an angel.... its over you need a WDP tech. I can tech most of my imp problems.
I would go WDP in second if your playing at NPPl tournyes. They have these neat booths with angel techs who fix things for free.

no they don't, they come with a freak back, one insert, and an AA 14" front

Fast, good at laning, doesn't have to be pin point accurate (in some cases it's better if it isn't).
