First of all you have wicked prices on paint man....where are you located at...put out some small ads in school news papers....and put your coupons in it. Just try and get as much ad exposure as possible.

I'm adding a capture the flag field in the woods and hopefully a capture the fort type of field. I am located in hartwell, Ga...up in the northeast corner. I've started advertising alot more so that should help a little. All my business goes elsewhere though, to far away fields and I just dont get why.

do you have enough money for local T.V.

Or you could try figuring out what the other fields do differently than your field. An adapt to what the public wants.

My field built a western town you know like in the western movies.two stories faceing each other.it is so popular it atracts people from 3 states away.I don't know their web site but the place is called hit and run and it is in mansfield,Texas. It is real close to arlington tx

Add more bunkers,

Put up tape on the sides of the feild as boundries, and it just makes it look nicer

Better webpage

Nice prices on gun rentals though

Also you should organize the fields more and use a pattern for the bunkers, if youve got lots of money laying around put nets up all around the field

have stippers bring drinks around to the spectators and the teams waiting to play....no for real, add bunkers,,,not just pallets either,,,pallets suck for a field,,,some is ok but not every pallet on the field.....

Make your speed ball field smaller, there's to much room in between bunkers. Add nets around the field so people can watch w/o masks on.

You need to get some new fields, like hyperball/tire, and some of the pipes. they are both pretty easy to get, just goto a midas or something along those lines and ask them for tires. Need to tape up the bounderies as well. Just goto fields near you and look at there fields.

Make sure you advertise, and get a chrono, scuba tanks would help.

BTW how old are you?

Improve your bunkers: get more drums ( I get mine form teh local cleaner (industrial clotehs cleaner/drycleaner) for free, Pallets, Check saw mills for the ends that they can't use for logs, hay bales, wire spools, dome tents, etc.

Your prices are fine. Improve your rentals, order some bottom line kits.

Advertise: got to your local sporting goods chain store and ask if you can put up a sign. The walmart by me hands out my business cards whenever they sell a gun or someone asks where to get tanks filled. Anywhere there is a bulletin board put up a sign with busines cards. People are not going to remember your address or phone number so tehy need to be able to take a card.
