Well, yes and no. if you are asking if a tippy will take n2 or compressed air the answer is yes, but i'm not sure but if the psi is too much presure than you could have som major problems.

850 is fine for a Tippmann. I use a 850 preset on my 98C and it works great. The only adjustments he may have to make is velocity. When I put HPA on my tippy I experienced lower velocities than with CO2, that's it.

co2 fluctuates up to 1200 psi. an 850 preset will not be near too hp. Thats why you got lower fps, TFJ
