You can keep the reg, it's not a foregrip reg, its a bottomline reg. Just screw off the gas-thru grip and screw in the x-chamber, and attach the macro line to the x-chamber.

no no no. i know what you are talking about. the m3 macro threads are different than the x-chamber right? well, you have to take off one of the ends from the stock macro line (usually only one will come off) and use that one in place of one of the ones that came in the kit. this is what I had to do on mine anyways. hope this helps =)

The gas-thru or the macro line elbow? Just screw them out.

i cant get the macro line elbow out, the macro line just keeps moving around

on mine only one end came off, so try this on both ends. there is a little metal ring inbetween the line and the end. It is attached to he end, but it can move around a little. pull that out as far as it will go, so there is a small gap between it and the end. then you just pull off the line, it will need a pretty good tug to come off.

wait, i think i got it backwards. I think its already spaced out and you need to push the ring in and then pull on it. ya i just tried it on mine thats how you do it. push the little thing on the end in, and then just pull it off the line.

just use a pair of wire cutters. be sure to make a nice clean cut.

if you're gonna pay to get it installed anyways, why not go for a longer drop?
