The avatar is what the little picture is under your username.
At the very top of this site, where the Home/ Register/ Members/ ect. links are... click the "Avatar" link. Then choose which avatar you want from there. :)

Go to the VERY BOTTOM of the page where you can select those ***, as you say, avatars. There is a place where you can uload your own, but it has to be under like 8 kbs. there are all our own that we uploaded. i got mine at http://www.******buddy.com just find a .gif you like, RIGHT click, and go to "Save pictur as", then save it to your computer, then come back here and up load it.
