Hey, I'm having a hard time getting my feed tube off. I've tried heating it with a hair dryer like I did on my Shocker but it's not budging. Any suggestions?

keep at it...
I just took off a feed tube... it took 5 attempts.
Each with 2 mins of hairdryer then try with all of my might to take it off. My hands hurt so much that i went to a very aggressive wrench. Sadly I have bite marks on the old tube:(
I guess i just wore it down.

Wrap rubber around a big wrench and use some muscle!

I'm about 5 seconds from going downstairs, finding the biggest power-tool I have, and beating this thing unmercyfully until it falls off....

do you own any kind of torch? get it and LGITHLY heat up the threads and work it off. Since your using heat it will be hot so dont burn your self worse comes to worse get a peice of leather or ruber and wrap it and vise grip it and get some leverage with a pipe or some thing
you are turning it the right way right? righty tighty lefty loosy? not to insult your intelegence or anythin but i gotta make sure

I got mine off by wrapping a mouse pad around it and turning as hard as I could. A strap wrench would work too.

try here (http://www.geocities.com/theskog/hammer.html), its actually how to get your hammer off, but you can use the same technique with any loctited part of an imp that sticks out

I just got it off, thanks guys. All it took me was a hair dryer, lighter, giant wrench, 4 blisters, and a bench vise. :D
