I know exactly who you're talking about Dawgs. His name is paintball_masta (at least I'm pretty sure). He made about 100 posts in 3 days trying to lowball for people's Spyders.

I only heard about it. As a test I ask for for a telephone number. If they're not willing move on. Some excuse I've gotten were ,"There's a reason I don't give out my number." Why are you the president? Here's an example, one time I wrote to a guy about buying a Flatline barrel for $60 (miamifrog@aol.com) but he only gave me a pager number,then 2 different addresses and he spelled sure "shure", and didn't respond in complete sentences but yet claimed to be 31 years old. Hmmmm...a little fishy wouldn't you say. Anyway, I skipped that deal but in the forums I read someone who didn't and never received his barrel.
Or sometimes they give a pager #. Sorry, this also isn't good enough.

Also as a precaution don't send anything to P.O. box address.

As the saying goes fore-warned is fore-armed.

What would you need 4 arms for?

(BOOO!!)

Anyways, you should always check the auctioneer's feedback if you're getting something from Ebay or paintball-auction.com

Personally, I suggest getting used gear from your local paintball store, or go hunting on the net for new gear. You can get some really low prices, without risking getting ripped off.

A lot of people dot want to give phone numbers out, can you blame them? There is a reason *I* dont give my phone number out, its because you could give that to any wacko and he could call at all hours of thr night. So what if the dude makes a typo, is that worth not selling it to him?
Um, a lot of people use PO boxes because they dont want you knowing their address, again, this is COMPLETLY understandable. You my friend, have WAY to high of standards.

Anyway, back on topic:

Hsuve=GREAT seller.

Hes sending me a WGP reg so i can have it before the Michigan Monster game, then says "eh, just get the money to me when you can" WOW!! Also, he said if i wasnt impressed with its condition we could maybe work out a lower price! Thats amazing....great guy. Thanks again Hsuve.

While im sure you know me and Sigg arent really the best of friends(ok, so we hate each other;)) Being annoying on some message boards is no reason to not make a trade with him...hes actually been pretty cool lately.
