i was looking on pbgear and i saw the epic marker its like 750 but the thing looks like a peice of **** wats with that, anyone seen or shoot one

it has no bolt, supposedly cannot chop and is very quiet.

it doesnt kick and its horrible on gas too

Id imagine it would be a gas hog, cause it lets alot of air out through the trap door. And it runs on co2 wich is good, it wouldnt make any differance if you used co2 or nitrogen

LOL, any way i will answer the question, The Epic is a good gun, you can get them for a preety good price now because the reatil price has gone down to $550. The electro version is due out in a couple of moths, and from what Jim(creator) tells me, you will not be unhappy with the performace spec.s

Oh and it's not that bad of a gas hog at all (talking about the Mech bersion) I would say it's normal, like a Angel LCD or any other Normal High end gun.


Oh, and I could bring back a older thread.....

From what I've seen, they actually can chop since the trap-door has to be tuned to specific sizes of paint. Otherwise, it tends to bounce them pretty bad.

Effeciency is just like any other spooler. Not great, but not the worst. As the case with other spoolers. If you don't mind using a larger tank, then its no issue.

Its a great design though. I never liked the trigger, but I'm interested in the new electro version. I imagine it works something like the Shocker03 since it seems to be based on the Epic.
