Does anyone know if you can put a cyclone feeder on a model 98?

i doubt it. i haven't heard anything about them being sold separately. and as far as i knoe they are integrated into the a-5. maybe they will if enough people want it

That would have been my next Q. If any one sold just the cyclone. Mabey someone with a busted A-5 but it probely wont fit. That was incredably fast I posted the first one like 2 mins ago.

if tippmann was smart they wouldnt sell them sepertaly. There biggest customers right now seem to be 98c people, so people are buying a-5s most for the cyclone i think, not to many other good things about it. So if they sold them sepertaly people would spend 100 bucks on the cyclone, instead of buying the whole gun for 300

The only problem is that i dont think they could sell it for 100. with all that hosing and routing gas and crap, i think it would have to be more. Plus that means a whole new design for the feeder.

its possible the a-5 prototype was a 98custom with a cyclone, but i'm pretty sure it would require alot of work,

maybe somebody with a whole lot of expirense that like owns a proshop and has the right stuff could maybe rig it up to a model 98c, but it would take a lot of milling on the gun and a lot of hacking on the feeder
