The Flatline is SICK! I have owned mine, and fell in love with it!
Just as Accurate as ANY Barrel -
When using the Flatline, you always have a flat shot...That helps your accuracy right there...Many people say, "It sucks up close! It curves". Well the truth is that if it is perfectly alligned and you are using good paint, the ball will NEVER curve. Many things you hear are HUGE exadurations! It will always be accurate, no matter what the range....This is from personal experience!
Balls Go Slower from the Flatline -
When the ball is shot from the Tippmann, it is moving the same speed as any other barrel...It does not slow down faster, infact if you think about it, the backspin would cause it to decelerate slower than if it was spinning forward. When you shoot at someone, it does appear that it is moving slower, but that is purely an optical illusion! It moves the same speed!
The Accuracy Sucks at Far Range -
At far range the accuracy is great! Like the first person said, you dont have to shoot like a mortar! The ball goes strait! It doesnt go to the side (again, good paint, good alignment, little wind)...
