Gas hoooog!!!!!!!!

My impulse vision with max flow tape worm and nitro tank is gas hog. Does anyone know how to make more effechant and waste less gas?????????????????????????????

if your pressure is low, raise it some. Imps work well at around 180 psi

180 psi is where it should be, then mess with your dwell.........

then if u want better efficency then work on a lpr....... thats for better efficency that allows you to go above 200 psi (without it your solenoid might blow)

Lower your dwell and raise your presure.

if you have a new cricket board, try 16 ms for the dwell.

If not, your board may be jacked up and giving you a way long dwell.

Oh yeah, make sure there is a valve spring in your gun

How do valve springs increase efficiency? I was just wondering.

With out a valve spring in your impulse, the only thing that closes your valve after you shoot is the pressure of the air behind it. With the spring in, there is not only air pressure but spring pressure pushing on the valve to close it quicker. In order to use an impulse without the valve spring and keep the same efficiencey you would have to shorten your dwell. I don't know for sure, but I don't think it is real great for your consistancy.
