BE Avenger

Hey,

Has anyone tried this gun....i have had one for like 3 weeks now. I think its a great entry level semi. And its ALL METAl. My friend has a Pirana, and his gun strips O-rings like crazy. i have had no problems with this gun to date.

I really want to know what barrels fit this gun...some say spyder...some say raptor. I want to upgrade!

Well..... to be honest i dont know what upgrades it can take. I heard though that the Avenger was pretty good entry gun and it looks cool too! Metal! I think BE did a great job on this gun.


but back to the point im not sure what barrel it needs, usually BE makes there own barrel upgrades for their own gun, but it might be different since they are trying to get more into the metal type.

there are hardly any upgrades for this gun ,,i think only BE makes upgrades for it ,,and just like buddy said ,, wait a little longer and it will break,,as for upgrading ,,it is not spyder compatible,,so i suggest keeping your gun the way it is,,yes it is an ok entry level if you just started,,but if you love the sport then save your money for something better,,you can't pimp out that gun,,,my suggestion is keep your receipt,,play with it till it breaks(like tommorow)and go get your money back caus you probably got it from some big wharehouse company like canadian tire,,or wal mart,,,do some research while you are playing with it for a more suitable gun for you,,i am not being rude i am just giving out the facts,,when you buy a gun you intend to fall in love with it right away(i slept with my gun for a couple of days),,big mistake, don't fall in love with it,,,it is declared a piece of **** for me ,,caus my buddy had one and it died a young life,,

Where did you buy it from? If you bought it from Walmart or a store like that you'll have no problem returning it..cause they don't know jack about pball.

I bought it from Canadian Tire....and im not returning it...CAUSE IT AINT BROKE!

All i want to know is if anyone has figured out what barrels fit it.


And i dont really think it is gonna break anytime soon.

Maybe all ur guys BE stuff breaks cause when u see someone looking at you holding it.....u get scared and act cool and throw it on the ground acting like ur discusted with it!

Father hadoken knows best now....I had a BE to.....and it worked long enough for me to get a prolite....my BE was just work.....play for 2 hours...then go home and stip the thing down....oil it....clean it......the velocity always spiked to like 340...that hurts....I don't care who youn are...the prolite....drop out the bolt and hammer ...put in some oil...drop back in....then I upgraded again to a shocker.....but like he said...every newbie goes through the brass eagle stage...its inevitable because you just don't know enough about the sport and a cheap priced gun seems appealling...but I gaurantee after a few months playing and possibly trying other guns...you will see where you need to go after the BE....and that wil be that.... its not like your evil for buying it....its just something that most of us try to get the newer people to avoid because its a hassle they don't need...for a few extra bucks you can get a more reputable gun that is a lot more reliable and gonna make you happier...but whatever dude...its all up to you in the end....people constantly made fun of me and flash with our stingray 1's....then wee beat them down....it was all good ...so you just keep on trucking and whatever.

A gun is of no issue to me.. if I can get at least one good shot outta the thing... I win. I still have a stingray lying around.. it worked fine.. it was the stingray I though, better than the II. Yeah, some people called me a "walmart shopper" eventhough I had bought it used... too bad I smoked a few guys who had cockers. Apparently walmart can kick worr games azz. Its not the gun. In rec ball, its all the same. Tournament... yah you need something to allow you to do certain things, like keep someone down , or hit someone with the first three balls. But rec doesn't matter.. If you think about a situation for more than 3 seconds, work a little harder.. you're fine. The BE avenger is probably still better than a stingray, whatever material it happens to be made out of.

Dude my friend had a raptor, the fisrt two weeks, it was fine and it work well, (i was jealous) than after 3 weeks the gun broke, the trigger wasnt working probably, the gun was choping every 3 out of 5, the gun was leaking by the barrel <--- to fix the leaking he opened is valve and some of the part broke... BUT Still its a Good gun besides that! lol! Cpt when your gun is gonna break youle be so mad and ul have to thanks u warning u! The only gun that i know have that never break from BE is the stringray

Seawolf, I saw an add for DYE excel barrels in a mag. They make them for BE guns..well, it said Raptor but I'm sure it'll fit.

32 degrees terminator will fit the raptor,,so i am thinking that is the same thread size for your avenger,,,we give you the directions but you have to figure out if they go with your gun,,,blake which sites can he go to make sure they will fit his gun

I know that BE's are cheaper than other guns, but have you guys even touched the Avenger?

NO?...ok....i have played with my friends PIRAHNA, and his PGP....

I am a way better shot than him...with my gun or his.

I believe its more the shooter than the gun. If my gun DOES break..ill buy a SPYDER or something...cause i dont care i make $17.54/hr.

But to let anyone know who cares....the BE Avenger takes spyder threaded barrels..i have recieved conformation from BADLANDS, and a few other places, and other Avenger owners.

Can some of you please try this gun, and then let me know what u think?


Look at the average ratings in the review section....like 8.3 or something.

i have personaly tried an avenger and it worked fine,,i didn't like it though but it was ok,,,definetly not like a spyder of course,,,and every ones pissy when you try to put down there marker,,no offense takin,,is it totally spyder compatible? i didn't think it was..is it just the barrels that fit?

i dont know if it is TOTALLY spyder compatable. All i know is that spyder barrels are surposed to fit....which i think is great...finally BE makes somthing that u dont have to buy their like 1 barrel.

The gun has only been out like a little over a month, so as more people buy it...more people will find out things that work.

I just dont have the $ to buy everything i want , and have it not fit....wouldnt make sense!

Hey everyone,

Just to let you know the avenger is going great....no problems still... i just have to replace my first O-ring now.

Also i bought a 14" smartparts progressive barrel from BADLANDS, and it WORKS GREAT!

alot more accuracy, and silenced the gun alot.

And it only cost me $74.99 + tax


I just played on the weekend versus a PIRAHANA, SPYDER COMPACT, PGP, and the ****ty as hell TALON..the pumps were just there to fill out the teams.

Just as good as any of them, and i finished with the most kills.

Well i was about to get the BE avenger but i didnt want it no more but when i was doing research i went on BE home page and they said it took spyder upgrades

I have had an avenger for 5 years now, I love it and its still working like day one, and its been through a LOT of use, i now use a tippmann but i let friends use this all the time and its still amazing.. tho I sold it yesterday hehe.. it will be missed... but i have over 40 markers in my basement so its time to clear out....

only threading i have found it to use is the threading from a diablo bonedaddy marker I have.. uses same threads as i can change barrels.. dunno what type of threading it is tho..

Dont let these guys get to you with there anti BE propeganda. I have 3 raptors 2 stingrays an avenger and a triton (exact same as avenger every part is interchangable just blue rather then red)

The raptors are all 4-6 years old. they are starting to get finicky and not working like they once did but for 6 years of absolute abuse im happy (i have a private woodsball field and i let friends use my raptors and they absolutly abise these things)

My triton and avenger are both 5 years old. both work like day 1 with little mantinance. I just dont treat emn like crap. I think they are great guns and ideal for any beginners. I strill have 2 pirahnas I got used years ago that are god only knows how old. these ik never strip or oil and still work fine.. tho i hate the barrekl, but its built well and still fires, just not that accurate.

I own loads of BE stuff cuz i got it used cheep some from someone who bought it and broke it (i got rly cheep replaced a broken oring and its worked ever since) they are decent beginner guns that will work well oif you treat em right. (cant talk for the newer ones which dont look as nice..)

And dont say i only think that cuz ive never used a better marker. I use as my main gun a tippmann custom Pro. I own a few electronic markers, 12 BT-4 markers a pirahna a bonedaddy and more. I have used everything by now and BE arent great guuns for avid players, but they are decent markers which are great for beginners and very reliable if taken good care of. (8 BE markers owned 0 of which I have had problems with all 8 i have had for over 3 years myself many are older and all get regular use)
