which barrel is better for my autococker?

i have a 99 autococker and i am looking for a new barrel because i am tired of the stock one, these are my choices,
J&J Ceramic Barrel , ACI 12" Zero-Gravity 2-Piece Barrel, and Lapco bigshot... which one should i pick?

i would get the lapco. They are very nice barrels. The only problem is the no porting, they are very loud. If you wanna give yourself another really good choice, then get a Smart Parts Teardrop or Progressie (progressive is cheaper).
