I just have a simple question. Someone told me thatt matrix's were one of the most accurate guns out there, but i always thought autocockers were. So how accurate are they exactly (the matrix's). i was wondering too how much do they cost.

its not the gun, its the paint to bore match

you got half of it right fishy it also has to do with consitency this is were the myth of cockers being more accurate guns comes from, they are extremly consitent

yes those are the two factors that effect accuracy. kick...the amount of kick a marker has effects accuracy. that is why shockers, matrixs, and cockers are known for there accuracy.

Paint to bore match dont matter on spyders and stingrays. . so the gun has somthin to do with it. . .the matrix has almost no kick, and is very consistent. . .which has alot to do with it, of course a good paint to barrel match is essential im not sayin it's not. . .but theoretically and statistically the matrix is very accurate. hope this helps

What in the HELL are you talking about? Of course it matters on spyders and stingrays! If the paint is too small, it will fly all over the place. If the paint is too big, it will consistently break. If the paint is perfect, accuracy is awesome. Think next time before you open your mouth! Maybe your name should be *******cus

lower pressure also allows for more accuracy, instead of popping the paintball out of the barrel, it is pushed, which creates less air turbulence behind the paintball...

You should because it is true. LP has less force than HP so what he said is true in a sense. LP creates a laser like trajectory, while HP forces the ball out of the barrel.

sounds like a good theory. Until it has been proved i wont believe it. there are many good HP guns and they arnt any less accurate than a lp gun.:| I believe that there are 3 main things that effect accuracy....consistency,paint/barrel match, and kick.

I agree with starboarder... Consistency, good paint that fits a barrel and a well tuned marker that doesn't kick much is going to very accurate... The matrices I have shot have been just as accurate as my cocker...

i forgot where it was but, there is a paper somewhere on the internet concerning spherical projectiles and the force behind it, and proved through formulas and experiments that the less turbulence behind a projectile, the smoother the flight path, the more accurate the projectile. Obviously LP has less turbulence then HP.
This was discussed a long time ago in Pbnation.com, i'm too lazy to find it though, but please, if you don't understand this, go to your neighborhood store and buy some common sense.
