Oil your bolt and its o-rings. Basically any part that has a lot of friction on it. Also but a few drops of oil in your ASA and fire a few shots to get the oil circulated througout the internals of the gun. Make sure you don't have a gauge on your gun though.

i'm guessing u have a spyder/clone..easiest way (although not the best) is just to drop a few drops of oil in the asa (where the co2 screws in) and just gas it up.
Otherwise if u know how, take everything apart and oil it (bolt esp.) and hammer and all that.
if anyone needs to correct me, please do, its early in the morming

after I put the oil on the asa and am dry fireing, should I just screw off the gauge?

no
just put 3-4 drops in the asa hole, take off the barrel, dry fire 30 shots, :)

The reason why you screw off your barrel and then dry fire is to prevent paintball oil getting on the insides of your barrel. This causes your accuracy to go out the window.

Yes he's right 110%
Don't JUST put oil in your ASA. That only gets the oil into the internals of you gun. (hence, where the air is/goes) You'll want to oil your O-rings, and bolt. Basicly, any point of contact there is. You can put about 3 drops of oil on your asa and fire it, but make sure you don't have your barrel on OR a gauge. Dry fireing it will not get the oil into your gun (if you mean dry fireing it by not having an air source). Mainly, Just make sure you oil all points of cantact between intenerals, and your body + all your O-rings.
Taking the easy way out and just oiling it through the ASA will not work, because it really didn't oil it very good.
