Someone said in another one of the forums that nitrogen and HPA are the same thing. Is this true?

not quite, HPA refers to the "system", like how a squair is a shape, but a shape is not necessarly a squair. Nito and compressed air are two different gas types, but they both use the same tank

Okay, so even though I don't have any place near me that can fill a tank with nitrogen, they might be able to fill it with pressurized air.

I'll have to find out if they can fill up a tank like that then. How many shots can I expect to get out of the diffeerent sizes of HPA tanks? I'm shooting a Spyder Xtra.

I think the average is for 3000psi tanks you can get 10 shots for every cubic inch... 3000psi 68ci Tank would be about 680 shots. I thnik the 4500psi tanks get 15 shots for every cubic inch. Well that is what I've heard through out the forums

essentially the same... the air we breathe contains a large percentage of nitrogen gas. actual 'nitro' when they talk about fills are usually industrial nitrogen gas tanks, which are available at 6000psi, I believe, so you can fill a 4500 w/it.
It's not much to concern yourself w/, they're basically the same thing, and the terms are largely interchangable

depending on your setup... and environment... you will get more shots... 13-15 for 3000 psi tanks... and 17-20 for 4500 psi tanks... sometimes you will get more depending on the system, and you fire your marker.
