people say lots of bad things about the freak. the freak looks great.. but i would go with the dye.. the titanium is cool but i would rather just get a stainless steel boomstick.. it weigh a bit more.. looks the same (slight difference in milling) and is about 40-60 dollars cheaper.. with that money maybe you can upgrade your pneus, or get a new bolt or what not..

titanium is a lot better because it doesnt change in size over time because of weather conditions (heat, cold)

the freak is great barrel system but i am getting a UL basicly a boom stick with aluminum back. i would get freak but its a treaded front and after lots of screwing unscrewing it can get off threded, and the inserts if u cahnge them lot they can become wrn and losse in the barrel cocking sidways in the back part breaking balls and making it inacurate.

Are you saying a total freak kit with all 8 inserts versus a single dye ti boomstick.....

dude nothing beats a freak if you have larger or smaller paint you just use the inserts. i've never used a boomstick so i cant really complain tho'. I think it really depends on wether or not you are always shooting the same size paint.

It has multiple backs, very short effective length, i dont like um. Best is equation MS pro, the one with 3 pieces tip ,extension, adapter and inserts. and the inserts are stainless steel and its not way overpriced like the CP one

very short effective length?....

It has about 7" un ported with a 10" tip....8 and mor on the longer tips....

anything more than 8" un ported doesn't do anything.....

also....about all those pieces....that have to be threaded together......also creates a problem with where they met.....the biggest problem with all two pcs barrels....only compounded by the number of them with all those pcs....
