why does ball breaks so much?

I have m3 BD basic ... installed delrin bolt inside and i use co2 with 14" teardrop barrel. Last night me and my friend went to Skirmish and when we played his gun was shooting straight and far with almost no breaks ( he only broke couple balls becasue he went trigger happy and was trying to shoot like 10bps with regular hopper). While my gun was choppin paint every 2nd ball that flew out of it and when the barrel was clean and i try to shoot, the ball flew is like 50 diffrent directions ... i think the ref got tired of running up to me and checking to see whats up with my gun. My friend has the exact same setup as me, the only difrence is the barrel .. he has 14" J&J ceramic. And by the end of the day i went to shooting range and try to shoot couple of balls and they started falling like within 20 feet of me.. Anybody know what might be the problem of all the breaks and other stuff that happen to my gun?

Clean out all the internals, you could have a shell fragment stuck somewhere.

Were you guys using the same paint? If not, check the paint to barrel match. Diablos roll right through my barrel, and consequently I get a barrel break about every other ball. But Big Ball and other RPS varieties, on the other hand, shoot just fine.

If it's not that, I don't know.

Change the bolt for the stock one, let us know how it goes.
