Put orange tape on like the 3/4 line of the field. on the 1/4 side are the border police. They try to keep any of the opposing team from crossing. On the other side of the border is the mexicans. They have to wear mexi-ponchos so they're easily seen, because without a highly visible, uncomfortable outfit, this scenario is too one-sided. The mexicans have to try to get to a certain point on the BP side to be "safe". Once half of the mexi team reaches the "safe point" they win. The border patrol wins by eliminating half of the mexicans. Very fun game when played with ponchos and sunbrarros. :)

Yup, everytime we've played the mexicans get guns... but that would be a good way to make things more interesting. ANd yes, we're always laughing like hell...people always trip on their ponchos and eat it. :)

we're gonna play again on tuesday and we've decided to mess with the rules. IT was too easy for the mexicans to win... so this is how we're gonna do it next time. We're only going to have about 6-8 people to play with. There's going to be one mexican trying to get to the "safe point". There are two body gaurds that try to protect him. The mexi doesnt get a gun, and if he is shot, the BP win. The body gaurds can be shot any number of times and not be eliminated as long as they're within 10 feet or so of the Mexican they're protecting. Then theres the lone mexican assasin that just goes off by himself and trys to kill BP (there's no other jobs left :)). Then there's 2, maybe 3 border patrol (there should always be more mexicans than BP). The BP should be the 2 best players...cuz they'll get smoked by the mexican bodyguards if they're not. :) Aw well theres a many number of things ya can do with this scenario..as long as you have people in ponchos and sunbrarros yelling "ondelay ondelay!" and "viva la paintball!" its great fun. :)

This remind anyone else of oldschool Team Fortress? Cross the Border. :) Great fun, always. Rules for TF Border1 was: 3 border patrol, 5 or 6 bodyguards, and as many beaners as you can fit. They were unarmed 'civilians'. Less players, the ratio was generally kept.
Speaking of team fortress, there would be some fun maps to be reborn on a paintball field. Hunted, one president (unarmed), 3 assassins, unlimited body guards. Get from point A to point B on a limited path. Spazball, grab the ball in the center and try and throw it into someone elses goal...tag the guy with the ball and he's gotta give it up. That'd be a challenge to make a fair, possible game out of. There's probably more that I can't think of right now.

we play a similar game called jail break, where you get one guy in a bunker who is guarded by the opposing team. The prisoner can yell out the positions of the opposition without getting shot at.
The prisoners team trys to get him out of jail and carries a gun to him. As soon as the prisoner gets a gun he is a live target. He must make it to the border/safeszone without getting shot. IF at ANY time the prisoner is caught again or shot, the game is over.. usually there are 4 guards, and 6 attackers with the prisoner....
the guards get to set up and get ready before the prison breakers get to come on the field.
fun , really fun.

I think that this game is a little bit better known. It's called protect the President. Their is a secret service team and a terrorist team. The secret service has to try to get the President safely from point A to B, while the terrorists attack them.

its similar to secret service, except the prisoner doesn't have a gun in the beginning.
and the added element of the prisoner giving away the guards position helps too.
