Vforce Shield sides things

Are the sides of the vforce mask rubber or plastic? If they are rubber does it hurt if you get hit on the side of the head?

The sides are made out of rubber (at least on the rental unit I tried). I don't know If it hurts if you get hurt on the side of the head because I didn't get hit there but they seem stiff enough to provide good protection. Hope this helps.

no they are rubber and they dont hurt at all. they are like flex-7 sides.
