Gas through forgrip?

what does a Gas through forgrip du? is it like an expansion chamber or is it just something you can hold on to in the front of your gun?

A gas through foregrip is just that, a tube which the gas goes through and its only useful as a grip. An expansion chamber has chambers to allow the gas to expand before it enters the gun, a gas trough foregrip does not. Hope this helps.
