Also.. I read the manual on how to play around with the Dwell yet it didnt work.. I turned it on, then started to push the dwell knobs on the side of the gun. No matter which way I pushed it it didnt make any noise. Its supposed to make a sound everything you put the dwell up or down.
*shrug*
Please help..
Thanx

On your dwell there will be a small hole in the middle of the button. Take a toothpick or a very tiny allen wrench to hit the button to make the adjustments.

The stock trigger on all impulses wobbles side to side. If you dont want the trigger to wobble i suggest that you buy a different trigger like a new designz blade trigger (they rule).

my friend bought an impulse too not to long b4 me and his wobbles but not as much as mine. The 2 bolts on top of the trigger, is there anyway to tighten them?? Because if I tighten the outer most one, it should limit the wobbling a little.
And about the trigger pull screw, is there supposed to be one??
Thanx

Did you buy it new? Where did you buy it from? If you bought it from a local shop, go talk to them. If you bought it online, call them. If they can't help... read the faq, then ask questions :)
I think that this should have been said before:
stock impulse triggers are NON-ADJUSTABLE, and if you do alter your trigger in any way you will void your waranty with smart parts.
basically if you want an adjustable trigger get an aftermarket one as the stock trigger is designed so that you can't adjust it

The stock trigger actuly has two things you can adjust on it. If you remover the frame from the silonoid tray (quite a job now that they hide one of the trigger frame screws under the board) there is a 1/4 set screw just behind the trigger. THis is actuly the stop for the trigger spring. If you screw it IN, you make the trigger heavier (more spring) it is very common to have fokes remove this spring and replace it with the spring from a ball point pen. Or some will simply cut about 3 coils off the stock spring. When you replace it, the amount you screw in the set screw will adjust your pull. Unfourtanly the lest you can get is when the screw is flush with the top, so the only way to lighten the pull is to cut or replace the spring.
The bottom of that chamber has a much smaller set screw. Unforuntaly it is in so that you can only adjust it while the grip is off the gun. You can actuly remove that set screw and put it in upside down. when its upside down, you have to adjust it from the outside of the gun. This is the hole you have seen behind the trigger. when you try to adjust it, you will see why its in there upside down-- its a paint to work on because you can only turn it a little bit at a time (wouldn't be hard ar all if the hole was drilled all the way thru the trigger gaurd- but it isn't, so its a PITA. If you go to all the troubble to work on this, you will have a way to set the trigger's pre travel. Frankly, it's simply not worth it-- just get an adjustable trigger.
