Shocker or Intimidator

If You had the money to either buy a Shocker Turbo Sport or a Bob Long Intimidator which one would you choose and why? I have heard more good things about Shockers than Intimidators.Or are Shockers better then Angels? I heard they are except angels have the different modes of firing. please help!!!

A shocker TURBO vs. a bob long intimidator! Tubo SUX! have you ever shot one?!?! you should! the turbo screws up you normal firing rithem and applies a faster one for you. the intimidator has more firing sequences, an ACE, and a duel regulated system!

If it were shocker 4X4 i would say shocker, or even if it was a select fire shocker, but not a turbo! thats the only thing that makes me say that a intimidator is better.

Intimidator wont chop paint at it's fastest firing rate, other guns will. Intimidator is as consistent as a shocker, so has the same accuracy. Shocker uses 2 solenoids, Intimidator uses one, therefore batteries last longer on intimidator. Shocker stock trigger aint so hot, Intimidator trigger is completely adjustable simply by turning screws located on the trigger. Intimidator has a high rise and vert feed, most shockers have powerfeed. Intimidator uses 9 volt batteries, shocker needs an adapter to use 9 volt. Shocker is heavier than the intimidator. So... explain what makes the shocker so much better, because I'm not seeing it

the purpose of turbo is to attain a high rate of fire!! it kicks in after 2 bps then goes straight into whatever you got it set at


anyways i would take an intimmy mainly cause they are way light.

but then again if i were to choose an electro other than an angel i would take a sonic bushy then get the chaos stuff installed hehe that would friggen rule

I just stated i didn't like the way turbo works because it's alogorithms screw up your normal sustained trigger rate. I'd rather know that when i stop pulling the trigger, teh gun is going to stop firing. With turbo you have the chance that after firing like 20 rounds and pulling the trigger like 15 times, you will fire and unintentional last 21st ball. not safe! just my 2 cents, though.

Ok one a Shocker Sport Turbo just happens to have the same features as a 4X4 so don't say if it was a 4X4 I would like it. Next the bords have to be bought seperatly and the paticular model in question sounds like it was intended to have a turbo board. Now the box issue is tottaly off. You want a box go look at a bushmaster or a diablo matrix that is a box. If you say ther arn't box like look at the milling on the new ones. I mean holly cow! The Shocker V sports are awsome and have Vertical feed! Plus they come with the new turbo boards which are awsome. Also did you know that the antichop eye if gotten a little bit dirty dosn't work? Did you know the Intimidator is not closed bolt system (actually I think it isn't)? Did you know that the Shockers have maxflow systems and you can regulate your pressure with it to any level even when changing from CO2 to Compressed the pressure will be set the same still? Do you know what smart paint is? It is a paint so brittle that it breaks no matter what somtimes when hitting nets? It was made for the shocker and my local store owner took a bunch of indented and oblong balls and shot them through his shocker. Not one broke! So basically the antichop eye is a bunch of Crud. The battery thing is an issue but woopde doo. You can get the Sf/X board for cheap which alows you to change the modes and can be put into any Shocker. I think the Shocker is the best paintball gun and is better than an Angel the only thing I would dis about the thing is the wieght which still isn't bad you just have to buck up! Oh and I was at my local shop and a Shocker was sitting next to an Angel and it looked better than the Angel. Peace out I'm back.

::Bush master?!?!?! Matrix?!?!?! Um no.... First off the bush master isn't shaped like a 4X4, or "cinder Block". THe matrix!!!!! no way! it looks like an angel! just take a look at the body! Also, the matrix is lower pressure than the shocker, so it even has higher dependability with "brittle" paint

Just playin wit ya! don't get me wrong... SHOCKERS ROCK! i just would rather have a smaller gun to deal with. no biggy though, i think i can handle that "cinder block" of a gun! ;)

It's all been said, I'm just sittin back and smilling :) The only people that I've seen that really HATE the intimidator seem to be angel lovers, which is funny, because if I bought a gun just for the sake of being able to say "I own a XXXX and it's the best because everyone knows XXXX guns are the best" and then some other gun came along that was better, I'd be pretty mad too. If you look at things from a purely feature wise standpoint, there are other guns than just the intimidator that I would say is better than the angel as well, if everyone would just compare the guns out there, and ignore the fact that "hey, it's an angel and everyone says angels are good so they must be", they arent so great. The angels got a name out because it was one of the first electros and has a reputation, but that's about as far as it goes. Just my 2 cents, I know I'm gonna get flamed by some "very informed people" who love the angel just because, so flame away

And Kallen bro, the "I shot indented and oblong balls and didnt break em so the anti chop eye is crap" argument is a bit off, because an anti chop eye doesnt prevent funny shaped balls from breaking, it prevents the bolt from slicing a paintball in half when you fire faster than your feed system will feed paintballs, so go ahead and shoot bad paintballs, you're not proving a thing, because that's not what an anti chop eye is for. While we're making arguments that dont make sense, my intimidator comes in a cool ano fade in a variety of colors, so the low pressure operation of a shocker is also BS...

And also, my position is the same as SmartBalls, shockers Rock, I dont like em myself (balance thing), but they're very good guns, so dont take any offence to my ramblings
