ok i am right now running 20 oz co2 on my impy with vertical reg and haloB and my gun is pretty heavy with halob added to it but i was wondering if i got a 68ci 3000psi tank would my setup be heaver or lighter so basically what is heaver 20oz co2 filled up all the way or 68 ci 3000psi centerflag hyperflow filled up all the way?

the HPA tank will be lighter

There really wouldn't be a big difference.
the biggest difference would be to replace your HALO with an EVO II, the evo is a lot lighter and loads faster than you will ever be able to fire with an imp
