I want to send my warranty card in, but I cannot find the darn serial number on my 98c! The manual says its on the side. I have removed my grips, and rocket cock, and I still cannot see it. I see the patent # next to the warning.
Help for the blind!

its right above the grips but its very light so if you had your gun painted or something you probally cant see where they imprinted the serial number on it (its right in front of the hole for the response trigger)

directly above the right grip, you should be able to see it even if you have a paintjob, i have 5 coats of additional paint on mine and i can still see mine

Its right there. I have coats and coats of acylic and spraypaint (thicker than autopaint) and mine is still very readable. Wouldn't be very smart to make a serial number easy to destroy, would it?

I bought it from I&I Sports. I found nothing but a I&I sticker on the box with some numbers.
Guess I should call them. Here is the area above the right grip. Guess they somehow managed to obliterate it, didn't they?

Whatever SaVaC,
I would not waste my time editing a photo just to garner the attention of kids like you. Even if I wanted to, I would make a wierd digital image such as a Autococker with a Flatline connected to it. Opps! Thats been done! :P
The 'editing' that you seem to envison is simply the low resolution of the jpg. Good guess though - its obvious you would score well on the Rorschach Inkblot Test.

for Tippman's reply. It appears that this custom model was made with replacement halves. Perhaps to unload extra stock.
Thanks everyone else for their help.

Yea, I know. And I apologize. I was trying to be witty. Thats why I said it had already been done.
