I think I&I Sports has the best customer service. They have always gotten back to my emails, been honest with any difficulites they have, and have been in business for a long time. I have had problems with other sites with shipping costs, time and stock.

AGD, with Tippman in a close second. Even though you'll probably never have problems with an AutoMag, AGD will support you great.

Bob Long. Called asking for 2 o-rings and they sent me 2 full sets, replacement screws, 3 cup seals and paid postage. Heard of someone who's solenoid got fried when he bought it used. Sent it to Bob, bob fixed it, also free. Know of someone who had problems with his HP reg, Bob sent him one, free again. Grips break, new ones free. Eye covers, new ones free. Feed tube gets stripped, new one free. And if you call up, alot of times Bob will talk to you and answer any question you've got, and if you just want to talk timmies, I've heard he'll take time outta his day to do that. If that's not the best customer service, I dont know what is

Bob Long and Bud Orr rule. There's a few guys in Tallahassee who go to all the major paintball events within 500 miles, and they've met Bud a few times. He's a great guy; he must have given at least 3 or 4 cockers to the guys, with personal inscriptions. These aren't normal cockers either; one of them was only one of 25 custom cockers ever made. He's a great guy, apparently.
