Making Paint

How could I make paint cheaply? I mean liquid paint, not paintballs. I want to make my own fill for some paint grenades.

Use water soluable finger paint. The kind that kids would use in pre-school. You may need to thin it a little with water.

You can also melt down paintballs and use that.

just go to the store and buy some tmeper paint it is powder that you mix with water

I've got an idea. If you have a speedball field nearby, just go in there and scoop up all the paintballs that have fallen to the ground in the back.

you can boil paintballs down and you get paint that way.
