I don't think that he is obligated to do anything. If cockerkid still retains the right to cancel the sale alltogether then he still retains the right to sell to whomever he wants for however much he wants.

150(or even 180) for a Fluster is a steal, you know it, I know it, and judging by Ocelot's rapid-fire posting defending the deal, he knows it to.

Just don't start crapping all over cockerkid, he can do whatever he wants. There is no binding contract until the deal is done and both parties have their piece of the pie.

So in conclusion I think you guys need some 3rd party arbitration and I'd be happy to volunteer. So cockerkid just sell the damn thing to me and we'll call it a day. heh. :wink3:

I am sorry to say this but I find something fishy about selling a 1 of 1 2.2 fluster that was never made ( The addicted replaced it in the 2.2 version ) for 150....Do I smell photoshop??

There weren't many 2.2 Flusters made....I have seen two others in my day (imagine how bad I feel that I passed up the opportunity to snag one/both and an addicted). HB said they are rare, but they were made. I doubt the guy knew what he had-

Anybody that claims to be familiar with this marker and the history of the manufacturer and says there is no such model is (for lack of better words) not very smart. Anyone remotely informed about Toxic Toys knows that ANY varible within all the models is possible. This marker was produced & put on the market with less than desirable quality control. The safest thing to assume with Tribals is that anything was possible..... I mean just look at the internal & external differences of the Mephisto. I believe there are at least 7 different variations of the Mephisto alone.
As for photo shop manipulation, I highly doubt it. The swadow casting is pretty consistant overall. Besides if someone were going to go to that extent why leave the regulator red? If the intention was to deceive why wouldn't they also change the reg to black so it would match the marker and then spraypaint it black prior to shipping?
As for who's marker it is that's clear, it's cockerkids. And he can do with it whatever he wants to. He is not legally or morally bound to sell if if he doesn't want to.
Anyone that claims to know Tribals and supports the thought that this marker & tools should be sold for 150 (or even 180) is an idiot or is knowingly screwing this seller!
My advise KID - put it on EBAY, you'll easily get more than 180! Way more!

I agree, i mean ocelet was running around some tribal threads sale threads, yelling about how the price was too high and people where being ripped of, but now that he's on the good end of the deal he doesn't want other people involved.

I went to see what CrazyB was talking about and it's 100% fact!
Ocelot was chewing out some seller that was trying to sell a 2.0 for 250-300 saying it wasn't worth much more than 140-150. Now that he is the one doing the "ripping" he's crying foul. There is indeed a foul being committed here, it's name be Ocelot.

OK, Maybe Cockerkid didn't know what he has, so lets give him the benefit of the doubt. As far as I know, no money has exchanged hands , so he can back out of the deal. Plus if he's a minor a contract isn't binding anyway. Maybe the fairest thing is to just start the whole process over. Hopefully in the future he won't list anything for sale at a set price , unless he's willing to accept it. I mean if you saw a car in the paper for a certain price and you called and said you'd take it , then the guy called back and said he got a better offer, you'd be pissed.
