well my field needs some log bunker and how do you keep them sturdy a nail wont go all the way thorugh into the tree to stay.

Take a 2x4 and a hatchet. Use the hatchet to make one end of the 2x4 come to a point. Pound the 2x4 into the ground far enough so that it won't move or fall over. You put a couple 2x4's in front and a couple in back, then sandwich the logs in between. Then maybe use some rope to tie all the 2x4's together so they all help to support one another. If 2x4's aren't strong enough use a 4x4. I hope I explained this well enough, it should work but, if you can't understand how I explained it let me know and I'll try to do better.

If your logs are long enough, and if you have enough of them, you could build a Log Pyramid.

As Delta mentioned, you'd need to lash the logs together to keep them from rolling away, and you could also use 2X4s to brace the structure.

Well you could use T post there them red metal post you see on farms. Use 4 of them 2 on each end .and stack them up between them.
