My friend has a basic ACI Griffin, and I was just wondering if they're decent rec guns? Im not looking at going to tournys with one, but I was just wondering if theyre worth my money. I wanted something a little different from the big crowd of tippmanns and spyders. thanks guys, later

I have one and I'll sell it to you. It is in almost brand new condition. It is the color blue and is a vertical bottle. I also have a 32* gas-through-foregrip which is chrome. It also has a air source adaptor. All you need is a piece of hose and you're good to go! Or, for a more compact set-up and perfect for recreational paintball, you can use the vertical bottle set-up.

Please P.M. me and make an offer.

Well, Honestly the griffin is one of the weirdest guns ever in my opinion, they are very uppreddictable they brake alot, now not to be discouraged I have had a griffin for about a year, Now when the gun is on it is on sometimes these can be the best spyder class gun youll find but sometimes theyre a piece of crap. My setup is a aci griffin black with 16 in dye boomstick dye sticky grips 2 clear, benchmark gas thru forgrip, upgraded aci high volume cell, upgraded aci rear vocking venturi bolt , cp flame drop forward and steel hose, and revi (double trigger frame soon..nickel) Griffins tend to break cup seals quite often and they also tend to break paint worse than some guns especially when they are older, now first off if you buy one youll need to get a couple cup seals because these wear like I said before quite easily. Now I believe that I got a defective griffin and I didnt send it back because I live in missouri and to california to and back thats 20$ and I dont have 20 all the time so............Now I have seen other griffins and they all perform about the same. Now keep this in mind griffins for some unknown reason have one of the most accurate stock barrels on the market, believe me I have a dye boomstick and the stock barrel is almost as accurate and for how short it is I wish I would have saved my one hundred dollars for something else, this is not just me either because this summer I was at my local field and saw a guy with a red griffin and he had a smart parts freak on it after he played for a while it was 14 in he got out came back and said this is stupid took it off and put the stock back on. So beware if you buy a barrel get a progressive or xcel something cheap. Ahh I have played with the single trigger for some time now and I like it but youll want the double eventually, Aci has a composite one for 30 and nickel or black for 70, 60 at skanline.com, anyways if you do buy one dont upgrade much on it OHHHHHHHHH and about the venturi bolt well I like it but it breaks more paint so beware of that as well, if you have any questions at all email me at theduke30@msn.com or my aim is wakcrime, Hope this article is very helpfull to you consider everything I said thanks. AND BEWARE if you have a extreme about of problems that arent caused by you at the begining send it back or have someone look at it or get rid of it trust me lol.

i have had my griffin for about 3 years and i have had no problems with it. i have put on a rear-cocking venturi bolt, drop-forward stock, low pressure chamber, 6-stage expantion chamber, and a 12.5 inch two-peice zero-gravity barrel. i take very good care of my gun and it gives me no problems. my griffin can out perform f-4's, spyders, piranahns, and any other "low end" markers in its catagory. my gun looks sweat. ill try to get a picture up pretty soon. as long as you take good care of it it will do you just fine when you modify if.:)
