The lpr is the cocking pressure. It matters what marker u shoot on how to change it.

it is low pressure reg, for the cocking of a cocker

Wrong, just about every paintball marker has an lpr pressure. Angels, Imps, Cockers, shockers, etc.

Wrong, an lpr is a specific part, like a Jackhammer II or a WGP Tickler, not a specific cocking pressure. Yes you can put them on an Impulse, but by no means can you put them on every marker.

I'd hate to break it to you. But the lpr is the cocking pressure. You can go into the WDP forum and ask them what the LPR of an angel should be set at. They are also fully adjustable.

I'm sorry but this "foo" is right. I have given you all the evidence you need. No need to drag this thread on any longer.

P.S. you were right that cockers have a lpr, juz to clear things up between us.

oh man..

LPR

means LOW PRESSURE REG.

it lowers your bolt pressure

change LPR? buy a new one

change pressure? adjust it if you have one

it is known to give you better gas efficiency and accuracy

LPR stands for low pressure regulator, it is found on the front block of an autococker, palmers pusuit makes the rock lpr, it regulates how much air goes to your 3-way and ram on an autococker and regulates your cocking pressure, it wont make your gun more efficient because it has nothing to do with opperating pressure, lpr doesn't stand for the cocking pressure as you stated, you adjust the lpr to the pressure needed to properly recock the gun. If you want accuracy make sure you have a proper paint to barrel match.

LPR IS indeed a LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR. This means it is a specific part. The cocking pressure of a marker is called....you guessed it...cocking pressure.
The LPR is what feeds the bolt it's cocking pressure.
The basic difference, and what makes a LPR better/more efficient than another, is how accurate they are (that is how fast can they output 86 psi exactly) and how high flowing they are. If they are high flowing, then you can drop the pressure a bit since more gas is going through the reg, and as a result, the marker may get increased efficiency.
A LPR on a cocker is used regulator air sent to the 4-way (not a 3-way) which in turn recocks the gun. The MAIN reg on the cocker is adjusts the pressure that is output to the paintball, in other words, the velocity adjustment on many guns.
So the LPR is a specific part of a paintball gun that regulates the air to recock a RAM assembly, or activate the 4-way on a cocker which also recocks the gun.
